Flood warnings issued for Yellow River in Rockdale and Newton

CONYERS - The National Weather Service in Peachtree City has issued two flood warnings for the Yellow River which could affect Rockdale County and a portion of Newton County. The warning is from Thursday afternoon until late Thursday night.
